Ace of Pentacles

Behind it we see a lush garden full of flowers and other beautiful well tended foliage.

Interpretations

Beginnings (ace) + material word (pentacles) = Something new may start or can start to bring wealth to one’s material life.
One’s manifestations can come through, but only through good planning and determined effort.
Abundance.
Getting in contact with one’s body. Exercise, drink tea, take a bath. Let good things come.
Get in contact with nature.
Reluctance. One should understand where it comes from.
A financial opportunity one wishes will happen might turn sour.
Be careful with your expenditures. Don’t go over budget. Don’t even THINK of using your credit card, at least for a while.
Repeated failures. An invitation to rethink your actions.
If one is trying to get a new source of income, this card may indicate too great risks and not enough planning.

Three of Pentacles

Stockpiling money in fear of losing it. Hoarding items to prepare for an apocalypse will never happen. Sacrificing happiness to focus on accumulation. Doing what rich coaches tell poor people to do.

Rider Waite: Both people are destitute and living in poverty. One man is injured and on crutches, while the other is barefoot and has only a thin blanket to protect them from the bleak winter weather.

Interpretations

Financial difficulties, loss and poverty. Remember, however, that’s temporary and short-term.
Ignoring the love of others. Suffering alone. Rejecting help.
Self sabotage. Focusing on what one lacks instead of what one has.
Living in fear. Paralyzing anxiety.
